We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. Being a part of our team and managing our players’ satisfaction and retention takes patience, dedication and a great sense of humour. This is why we are looking for a new team member to join us and support us in creating magic for our players. Our users love our product, which is why we have >30 million of them. The team you'll be joining holds going above and beyond for our players at the top of their list.

Here’s what you will be doing

  • Proactive approach in resolving customer inquiries
  • Responsible for following up on client requests via various communication channels
  • Troubleshooting users' issues and facilitating successful resolving process
  • Identifying users' needs and suggesting functional improvements to ensure these needs are addressed
  • Analyzing and reporting product bugs
  • Harmonization of internal database with information on technical issues, user requests, and bugs
  • Tracking user complaints on social networks and providing support in proactive troubleshooting
  • Notifying users of new options and functionalities
  • Collecting user behaviour analytics and providing feedback to relevant stakeholders

Desired skills and experiences

  • Outstanding knowledge of basic Office suite
  • Previous experience with CRM softwares and ticketing systems
  • Impeccable communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ownership and capability to manage complex problem situations
  • Strong passion for games and previous experience in Gaming industry is a strong plus
  • Verbal and written English knowledge
